We believe:
¨ The Bible is the infallible Word of God. The Holy Spirit overshadowed men as they wrote. Every word in the Bible is God-breathed, God-inspired, thereby making it error free. The Bible holds authority over any other book, creed, or church traditions. II Timothy 3:16
¨ We believe the Trinity makes up the Godhead in the person of God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Ghost. They are all one in the same. I John 5:7
¨ We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit in salvation of convicting (John 16:8-11), regenerating (Titus 3:5), indwelling (I Corinthians 6:19), baptizing (I Corinthians 12:13), and sealing (Ephesians 1:13, 4:30, 2 Corinthians 1:22). Other ministries of the Holy Spirit involve teaching, guiding, revealing and comforting. (John 14:16, 26 and 16:12-15, Romans 8:14), assuring (Romans 8:16) and praying (Romans 8:26). We believe the Holy Spirit is the source of power (Acts 1:8), giver and developer of gifts (I Corinthians 12:8-10, Ephesians 4:11, Romans 12:6-8).
¨ We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ. He is the Son of God. He died on the cross for the sins of the world and was resurrected on the third day. He now sits at the right hand of the Father. We believe He is the example for the church to follow in going forth in the power and anointing of God as He did when He walked the earth. His name is exalted above every name in the universe. Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that JESUS is LORD. I John 5:10, Mark 16:19, Romans 8:34, John 14:12, Philippians 2:9,10,11
¨ There are many religions, many gods and spirits roaming this universe. God made it very clear in His Word that there is only ONE Lord, ONE faith, and ONE baptism. There is only one God. There is only one way to get to God through Jesus Christ and there is only one spirit that we need to be baptized with and that is the Holy Spirit. I John 5:7, Deuteronomy 4:35, Mark 12:32
¨ We believe in the “kingdom” message of the good news of the gospel and going forth in the power of God impacting lives and advancing the kingdom of God. We believe we are to model Jesus Christ and other biblical greats of the Book of Acts who not only preached kingdom, but demonstrated “kingdom” and brought it to others. They were men and women who showed forth God’s mighty works and saving grace and turned the world upside down. Matthew 11:4, Luke 10:9, Acts 17:6, I Corinthians 2:4, I Corinthians 4:20, Matthew 23:13
¨ As heirs to the throne of God, we strongly believe who the Bible says we are and what we have in Christ as kings and priests in the kingdom and endeavor to walk in those things. Revelation 1:6, Romans 8:17, Luke 17:21, Matthew 16:19, Matthew 12:28
¨ Kingdom involves ruling and taking authority and prospering in every aspect of life. It involves being fruitful, multiplying, replenishing, subduing and having dominion in the earth. We are the head and not the tail. Genesis 1:28, Joshua 1:8, Deuteronomy 28:13, Matthew 16:19, Luke 10:19, Mark 16:17,18
¨ Kingdom is the message in the “NOW.” God is doing a new (fresh) thing in the earth. He has repositioned himself and is calling everything that nameth the name of God to transit into the Kingdom where He abides and do away with traditions wherein no power is found. Luke 4:43, Isaiah 29:14, Jeremiah 29:11
¨ We believe in being led by the Spirit of God, moving flesh out of the way and allowing God full control of this teaching ministry. This ministry is about God and it is about souls. Self gets no glory in the miracles that God will perform through this ministry. Romans 8:14, Acts 5:14, Acts 11:21, Acts 12:20, Acts 13:48,49
